Kerala 0-1 Chennai –Match result LIVE | ISL 2015 Live Score Updates Kerala Blasters vs Chennaiyin FC, Indian Super League 2015

90+4‘ Kerala have one last throw of the dice and the ball from Bheke rolls out of play and that will be the last bit of action in in what was an engrossing game. Peeeeeep!!!!

90+2′ Chennai are threatening again and they have loads of possession in the area. A cross is floated into the far post and Thoi Singh runs into the area. He slides in and the ball goes out of play.

87′ There are more short passes and tussles but the play is sterile and there are no signs of any clear cut chances from either side. Rahul Bheke is down on the right flank.

84′ Another substitution for Kerala here as Chris Dagnell is comes off and is replaced by German. Kerala are holding firm as Thoi Singh makes a strong run.

81‘ Tempers continue to flare up and tackles are flying in again. Chennai are passing the ball with confidence and using their numerical advantage well.

Substitution for Chennai– Godwin is replaced by Jeje. Kerala also make a sub as Ishfaq Ahmed comes in for Mohammad Rafi.

77‘ Elano’s free kick and he tries to curl the ball to the top corner and the ball is well over the bar as he couldn’t get the ball down or the angle on it.

74RED CARD for Bruno Perone!!!Absolutely diabolical that from the Brazilian. He was on a one on one situation with Mendoza. The Chennai striker skipper passed him and Perone’s trailing boot was flung right into the face of the Colombian.

73′ Dagnell gets the ball on the right wing this time as Kerala launch another attack. Mehtab takes a shot from 20 yards out and the ball is well wide. Wasted chance.

71′ The intensity has gone up a notch and RAFI!!!! The Kerala striker comes close and it was a superb cross from Ramage. Rafi timed his run to perfection and the header was only half-a-feet wide of goal.

68′ More dead balls for Kerala and this time it is a corner. Cleared and Elano and Mendoza are off on the counter and it is a two versus two scenario. The shot comes in and it is parried away. Fantastic save from Bywater,  diving to his left when Elano was equally threatening with a left footed curler.

66′ Josu this time goes straight for goal and the ball fizzes wide. There were a few outstretched legs outside the area. Kerala bomb forward in numbers yet again.

64‘ Mailson goes into the book! Another free kick for Kerala. the Brazilian can’t believe that he is given a card and Josu is under a firing squad today. Josu steps up 30 yards away from the goal.

62′ What a save from Karanjit!!! On this occasion, Josu floats an excellent inswinger and the ball was heading to the far post and Jhingan gets a clean header and the Chennai goalkeeper dives full stretch to parry the ball away.

60′ Thoi Singh this time is the offender and Josu goes down again. Kerala win yet another free-kick. Can they do better from last time around? Good area for the home side to exploit

58′ Kerala get the ball and Josu and Sanchez Watt exchange passes. Wadoo makes a crunching tackle on the Spaniard and the Chennai defender is given a yellow card

56′ There is a bit of stoppage in play and Chennai play nice, crisp short passes around the area but Ramage and co hold firm to clear the ball.

53′ It is not as though Chennai are getting any respite the penalty save. There was a deadly free kick that was floated in and Karanjit spilled it in the box. Luckily for him, there was nobody on the rebound.

51′ MISS!!! Oh Josu, what a tame penalty. Karanjit dives to his left and parries the ball away, excellent work but the La Masia product should have done much, much better. What a waste of a chance.

50′ Josu wins a free kick and and the ball is floated into the box and wait, Kerala have a penalty!!! Maison is penalised for a push on Peter Ramage.

47′ Chennai get the ball back and they have a shot at goal and it comes close. There is a real ebb and flow to this contest now and after too much respect shown in the first half, both teams are looking to nick a goal in.

45′ GOAL!!! Kerala 1-1 Chennai (Chris Dagnell) What a start to the second half and it only took seconds to equalise for Kerala. It was Saumik Dey who raced away to the left corner and crossed the ball in and Dagnell ghosted into the box and headed the ball past the keeper. The crowd goes delirious and it is game on.

GOAL!!! Kerala 1-1 Chennai (Chris Dagnell)

45+2′ The nimble-footed Thoi Singh makes his way to the byline. It took the Kerala defense by surprise but yet again the cut back didn’t have a man running in to tap the ball into the net.

45′ Rafi comes close here and there is plenty of confusion in the box between the Chennai defenders and the goalkeeper and the ball bobs away and the ball rolled out of play.

42‘ Chennai are playing with some authority since the goal went in. Here comes another good attack and Elano’s cross from the left wing doesn’t have a target at the end of it.

40′ Chennai restart the attack and the ball is switched from side to side neatly and the attack falls dead with Elano failing to control the ball. He immediately acknowledges his mistake.

38′ Coimbra is suffering with some cramps here and the medics come on to treat the Kerala midfielder. Josu is set to replacing him.

36‘ Mendoza was threatening a minute before the goal. Here again, the Colombian striker shows great control in flicking the ball back from a crowded area and getting a shot away. Bywater is forced to dive and push the ball away.

34′ Kerala 0-1 Chennai (Elano (p)) Elano steps up and coolly slots the ball to the right corner, sending Bywater the other way. Chennai lead and that is the Chennai skipper’s 11th ISL goal overall and his third in the ongoing tournament.

Chennaiyin have a penalty. Sandesh Jhingan trips Mendoza and the referee points to the spot. Peter Ramage and co are furious and there are about half-a-dozen players protesting at the referee’s face.

32′ Dagnell nearly breaks the deadlock!!! Coimbra makes a defense-splitting pass from the right side of midfield and the ball landed perfectly for the Kerala striker, who was making a run forward but his shot was straight to the keeper.

30′ Chennai have a free kick from 45 yards out. Elano swings one in and it is cleared with ease by the Chennai defense. Then came another long thump forward from Kerala and Rafi is offside again.

28′ Kerala are resorting to long balls again and the ball is sent sailing to Mohammad Rafi from the left flank and the Kerala striker is called offside. He claims there was some shirt-pulling.

26′ Another long spell of possession with an utterly wasteful end product. Kerala looked like were going to trouble the Chennai defense and Perone from outside the area lets one fly and it is sent into the stands.

24′ Chennai’s attack fizzles out and Kerala get the ball back. Dagnell drops deep in the hole and flicks it to Mohammad Rafi but he fights to keep the ball. Chennai and Raphael hold firm.

22′ Chennai had a decent spell of short passes being tapped around but yet again, nothing comes off it as Peter Ramage jumps to clear the ball. The visitors still have possession.

20′ Chennai are ponderous in attack and that has given Kerala time and space to get back in shape whenever they have had possession. The ball is won and lost and Raphael wins it back and skips his way outside the area.

18‘ The danger man Mohammad Rafi is called into action as a cross is sent in from the left wing and the Kerala forward jumps to meet the ball but can’t get a proper header in.

16′ The chances have not been that clear cut for either sides. Chennai yet again looks slightly rusty and Wadoo and Ralte collide against each other on their right flank. Luckily, Kerala didn’t capitalize on it.

15′ Kerala have a corner here and Sandesh Jhingan spends too much time and space on the ball and he eventually fails to cross the ball in on time and Raphael snuffs the attack out.

11′ Sanchez Watt is down injured but it was a searching move from Kerala. Dagnell was on the march yet again and he raced his way into the box and and cut it back for Watt. Chennai make a last ditch clearance.

10′ Anything you can do and Raphael Augusto takes the ball from the middle of the park, takes a few steps forward and lets one fly but it is three inches over the bar.

8′ Chennai take control of the ball and pass it around but yet again but the ball is lost in midfield and there is a shot coming in from Bruno Perone and the shot is well wide.

6‘ It is Kerala who are setting the pace in this game so far and here goes Dagnell on the right flank, just after receiving a pass from Rahul Bheke. The ball is booted out for a corner.

4′ Raphael is making a big impact here with his strong presence but he gives away a throw and Bheke flings one of his trademark long throws into the box. Cleared by the defense.

2′ New coach and a new start for Kerala. Bheke shows terrific strength and willpower in getting the ball away from the Mendoza and the rain is pouring down here at Kochi.
